Accessibility Statement

Fly With Captain Joe is committed to making its website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. This statement applies to flywithcaptainjoe.com and all subpages under the same domain.

The site aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as required by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), in force in Germany since 28 June 2025 via the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).

Compliance status

This site is partially conformantwith WCAG 2.1 AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Known accessibility limitations

Despite our best efforts, the following areas may not be fully accessible:

• YouTube video embeds on content pages — third-party player controls are governed by YouTube and may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every respect. Captions are provided by Captain Joe for the Masterclass content; auto-captions exist for older YouTube uploads.
• Stripe-hosted checkout — payment pages are operated by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and are subject to their own accessibility policy. Stripe Checkout is generally WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
• Calendly booking widget for coaching call scheduling — accessibility is governed by Calendly LLC.
• Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form — the human-verification challenge may present accessibility challenges for some assistive technologies. An accessible alternative is available on request (contact us via the channels below).
